1. General Provisions
This document governs the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the skillup.ro platform, operated by IT&C CONSULTING SERVICES S.R.L. (Tax ID: 44899180, Reg. Com.: J2021015852404), as well as services provided across the SkillUp Ecosystem: IT training tracks (SkillUp Academy), B2B IT staffing & team augmentation, and professional CV audit and rewriting services.
Navigating this website, submitting lead intake inquiries, or placing orders constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. Services Offered
- SkillUp Academy: Production-oriented software engineering courses (.NET, React, JavaScript, Databases).
- IT Staffing & Talent Augmentation: Enterprise services providing pre-vetted senior software engineers and dedicated squads.
- CV Audit & Optimization: Automated ATS parser scoring and human expert STAR rewriting.
3. Orders, Payments and Invoicing
Payments for paid services (such as CV audits or course tuition fees) are processed securely through authorized provider Stripe. Prices are expressed in EUR/RON and include all applicable taxes.
Tax invoices are issued electronically and transmitted to the email address provided upon placing the order.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
In accordance with applicable consumer law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers are entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from distance contracts.
Exceptions applicable to CV Optimization and Rewriting Services:
- Personalized Service & Immediate Execution: Work on the CV commences immediately upon file and intake submission, with an execution turnaround of 24–48 hours.
- Express Prior Consent: Upon order placement, the client provides express consent for service fulfillment to start immediately and acknowledges loss of the 14-day withdrawal right once work has begun.
- 100% Full Refund: Granted exclusively prior to the actual transmission of the CV document and before technical review has commenced.
- Non-refundable once CV is submitted: Because human recruiter and algorithmic resources are immediately allocated for generation and review, submitted orders are final and non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property & AI Usage
All intellectual property rights over code developed by SkillUp contractors during B2B client engagements are 100% transferred to the client company.
Educational course materials, syllabi, branding, and proprietary algorithms remain the exclusive property of SkillUp Ecosystem. All AI tooling leveraged operates under strict Enterprise Privacy Mode with Zero Data Retention (ZDR).
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. ([protected email])
